DR. NICK PETERS

Dr. Nick has since become the practice principal of Mary River Dental, and it is under his guidance that the practice has evolved to become a trusted dental practice within the local community.

For those of you who haven’t had the pleasure of meeting our principal dentist, Dr. Nick is gentle and knowledgeable. Dr. Nick takes great pleasure in getting to know his patients and their dental issues before suggesting treatment options. He understands that there is rarely only one solution to an issue; his treatment philosophy is to present his patients with all of the available options and allow them to make an informed decision.

Dr. Nick and his wife (Dr. Samantha, also a dentist) have two children who keep them on their toes when they are not looking after their patients.

Although he has been busy, Dr. Nick has found the time to study for a postgraduate diploma in dental implant surgery and completed the diploma in September 2023. Dr. Nick found the content to be very interesting and appreciated learning all of the latest techniques and research in the dental implant field. He keeps up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and has even published his own research in an international dental journal.

When he isn’t at work, catching up on studies, or spending time with his family, you might find him on the golf course hacking balls out of the rough or in the kitchen perfecting his sourdough recipe.
